  • Bar none, the best customer service that we've ever received. If you are looking for advice on snowboard/ ski gear, I would highly recommend visiting Adrian at this location. He is the manager of the hard goods area and he's extremely knowledgeable. He is very patient and he takes the time to educate you. We did not feel any pressure to buy. The store did not have what we were looking for in stock so he made several calls to get us what we wanted and he also price matched a competitor. If customer service is as important to you it is to us, then Adrian is the person you want to deal with.
