  • Wanted to use Pratts as it is a "Local Az. Company". The first time we went we were not greeted which I thought was weird but once inside we were completely ignored. I was shocked. With that said it is a cool store to go browse and see different animals, reptiles etc. I do not buy animals from Pet Stores. We only go to Pratts when we haven't received our shipment from Chewy. They really need to teach their employees customer service skills. I'd be happy to help them as I know what customer service is and how to pass it on.
