  • We were looking for some new car seats and found some online coupons. The store clerk informed us the coupons we printed were actually no longer valid. Instead of just letting us walk out with nothing, the clerk offered us a 15% off coupon and let us use it 2x on separate transactions. That type of customer service is very appealing and incentivized us to make a purchase.
