  • DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible customer service and HORRIBLE quality! We bought a $500 chair 13 months ago and it has already broken! And it was a chair in our formal living room that was barely used! We called them and they have said there's nothing they can do!!! So, a multi-million dollar company can't replace a 1 year old chair??!! HORRIBLE! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! And neither should you!!
