  • Probably not a big deal, but the way customer service works around here made me finally write a review. Today I bought my daughter the Trolls movie which said it was $17.96 OK! Bought it check my receipt and it says $19.96 I was going to let it go but I said well Walmart will never give me 2$ bucks just because so I took a pic of the display and the lady at customer service didn't believe me so we walked up to the movie stand and the first thing she says "well you have to read!" And I said excuse me all I see is Trolls $17.96 right? She continues to give me attitude won't honor the price .... I'm sorry but like she said 2$ dollars isn't a big deal BUT it's their attitude! The least they can do is apologize for a simple mistake.She took the rest of the movies and took the price label.This is why I stick to TARGET. Don't remember her name but she looked like Yolanda the lady that shot and killed Selena the singer.
