  • Was referred to Epic through my realtor and should have stayed with my previous company. Epic is great at selling/ searching for lower rates, but their customer service is non-existent once they have you signed on. After dropping the ball, not apologizing, and not following up, I would not refer any network of (new homeowner or insurance) buyers to Epic.
