  • Mike's crew just left my house after putting on a new roof. Let me tell you what I've learned about roof contractors. You can go out and get four or five estimates like I did (and you might even find a good one) but I don't believe you'll find a better roofer than Stell Roofing. Mike's initial estimate was mid-range in costs estimates, but the materiel and roof accessories were superior to what the others offered. Alas, I did have some wood rot and a few of my panels had to be replaced at additional costs, but all in all I'm pleased with the work. The entire crew was well trained and well supervised by the project supervisor, Sergio. The work was done properly; unhurried and well. When they were finished they went around several times to make sure they had cleaned up all debris. Most importantly, both Mike, the owner, and Sergio, the project supervisor kept me informed, both before work began and as it was being accomplished. There's a reason Stell Roofing is so highly rated here. They are one of those "In Search of Excellence" companies that we all hope to have when we need them.
