We've been loyal patrons for over 20 years, yet Charter honors new customers with great discounts while mine continue to rise year in and year out. So much for customer loyalty. Customer Service has been greatly improved; yet, once again agents do not do what they say they will do. The misrepresentation by Charter staff goes on and on. Be certain to take note of your communications with Charter agents as they will conveniently reply that they cannot speak for "other" agents of the bungling enterprise.
So sad that they have the monopoly on cable internet access.
