  • I really wanted to love this place. It's new, clean, close to home and they gave me an appointment quickly. Had a mani/pedi and love the polish BUT the nail tech was so over zealous trimming cuticles he left me with FOUR sore fingers all with bleeding skin. REALLY?????? And on my feet, he used chemical callous remover which burned so much due to broken skin I had to ask him to take it off. Didn't understand why he used it in the first place; because if he'd looked at my feet he would have seen the splits. Also, I watched my hubby who was having a pedicure next to me get a fabulous foot massage from his person while my guy gave me maybe 2 minutes. And to top it off, the "hot" stones were lukewarm. Bottom line: the polish looks fabulous. Unfortunately the rest was not. Needless to say, won't be returning.
