  • It is an upscale Ameri-Mexican chain that is well runed by attendative staffs as well as favorites of Mexico. It is slightly higher than a typical Mexican restaurant so I would describe it as BF Chang of Mesa. Good choice for novice Mexican foodie. No tongue or tripe or fat cheek meat that I love. Decent experience.
