  • I have had 3 visits at this location and have been with Rosa each time. She is a lash expert to say the least. She's clearly a perfectionist and gives me all the tips to keep my lashes lasting very long. I've not been in 3 weeks and the only reason I'm making an appointment soon is because I'll be out of town for 2 weeks and I don't want to go to anyone else but Rosa. The studio is clean, front desk gals are awesome and cheery and well educated in product. I don't feel like I'm being oversold at all, just educated and the decision is completely up to me to buy product with no pressure. Kudos to the Norterra location. I'm a happy lash camper. :)
