  • Stayed here for my birthday week and well I have lots to say. The staff that I spoke with the day of check in was so rude!! I called with questions in regards to my reservation and everyone had a different answer so I called the timeshare myself. I arrived at the property to check in no one said hello you had one working on a Christmas tree one just sitting there staring into space and the others were hiding in the back. Finally the young man ask how can I help you? Yes I would like to check in please, he walks to the check in location and says someone is here to check in so everyone starts to suggest someone else to help. His response well she's busy with her tree I'm like really?! So this lady comes out to help I remember her because she's the one I talked to before I drove from LA in regards to my reservation and she was so Dry! So they direct me over to get my parking pass this nice older woman making small talk about breakfast or lunch do I travel a lot in like yea she said well that's nice. She then says oh you can have a complimentary lunch or breakfast I said wow that's nice remind you I'm here on timeshare at a timeshare. She says ok jus 20$ to hold your reservation we will give you one of the options on here too just for staying here in like wow. Well after she got me for 20 bucks she says ok so after breakfast they will show you the new model units they have. RED FLAG!!!! She's trying to sale me timeshare that was a manipulative way and I said ok I will take the 20 as a loss I'm in Vegas I've been suckered. This woman called our room remind you I told her I wasn't going to attend my boyfriend landed that morning and she was on the phone wouldn't hang up saying how they needed me there...for what I'm not the host or being honored you want that commission. She said well maybe you can come for lunch I'm like NO! This woman called my cellphone back to back for 5 min I was so grateful I had 1% on my phone it finally died. The rooms were nice they could do better with the chipped paint, and the tub. I won't be using timeshare here ever again! It was so bad I decided to call in to check out so I didn't have to speak with anyone in that office lord only knows what they would've tried to sale me I even checked out the night before.
