  • I moved in just over a month ago. The move in process was incredibly easy. I signed everything online and the apartment was ready for me when I got here. The office staff is really friendly and have been very responsive. The location is probably the best part. It's pleasantly quiet and yet close to everything, especially some really nice hiking trails. Now, there are some downsides. Like mentioned in other reviews, these apartments are old and there can be some back up with the tub drain. The staff, however, is happy to help fix whatever comes up. The office also tends to be closed at the oddest hours. The staff is great; they're just hard to find sometimes. Overall, I am enjoying the apartment. It's nothing fancy, but it's a great location with good management. *Also, the review that mentioned creepy residents may actually be accurate. The place is quiet, but there are some peculiar people living here.
