I have had to cancel and start new service twice. BOTH times having to cancel, they charged my cc for the last month of service AND sent me to collections for the same bill they received payment on, and on time. BOTH times I was also sent to collections for not returning their rented modems, which BOTH times I sent back- luckily, after the first, I emailed myself all the tracking info (that i paid for since their return box never showed after requesting 3 times), and I was able to get it off my credit. AWFUL..... I think Id rather use my cell service and pay extra than to deal with this company again. They also had AWFUL customer service-- they cant look up your account without the account number which I didnt have so sat on hold for 46mins and 53seconds for them to get a manager who then transferred me elsewhere to look up my account.
