  • Beautiful club! Confused ,disorganized,uninformed, flustered and poorly trained staff. No visible management at all and when asked, they cannot name a general manager. This lack of direction is affecting the club, there is nobody to ask a question when a problem arises. This is so very annoying, you are speaking to numerous members for an answer that is not even the right one! This is a diamond club and for the amount of money paid it needs to step it up. Filthy family bathrooms with overflowing garbages.Pool staff (lifeguards) are rude and aggressive and actually look like they hate their job! Well,good news the summer is almost over ! yay for them and especially us! Cafeteria staff that do not even post specials you have to ask them! They do not have a chalkboard in which to do it and they say they have said this and nobody can buy a specials board! wow, Where does all the money go ? ( no management) You have to make the service as classy as the place looks. This is shocking for this type of club that is amazing in Dallas!
