This company mistreats it's employees and does NOT train them correctly. Whenever I would call in for a service to be sent to me, I would either never get that service sent to me, or it would take 2 weeks to get to me. I talked to Christie (CEO) on the phone about a dispute on my account and let me inform you she is not a pleasant woman. She constantly disregarded her own rules and let me know of a policy THAT WAS NOT IN HER POLICY! I gave up with this company as everyone else should. She and her company are out just to get your money. Bartering is a lovely concept when with the right company and customer service. The employees here sound like robots reciting a script. I can sometimes faintly hear Christies voice in the background DURING a conversation with the employee. This company is disgusting and NO ONE should be doing ANY business with them.
