  • Have spent thousands of $$ and bought 10+ pairs of glasses here for me and my family, and recently had a pair of glasses break after just over a year. Went in to see if they could fix them and/or offer me some sort of discount and they would do nothing (because I didn't purchase the warranty that I was never offered). Ok Pearl Vision, fine-- you just lost a loyal customer of 10+ years.
