  • Someone backed into our van and we took it in to be worked on at Hendrick Honda. Everything was paid for by the insurance so we thought this would be very cut-and-dry. We were even told that they would fix some scratches on the car while they were working on it. However, when my wife went to go get the car the scratches werent fixed and it would not even start. Seeing as the damage to the car was cosmetic, this didn't make much sense to us. They had to keep the car and work on it more so she left it there. Now the door creaks whenever she opens it or shuts it. My wife has left two messages, she left a third one today with no response from anybody. You shouldn't have to worry about having continued extra problems when you drop off a car to get work done.
