  • I work right down the street from here at the university, so I've had to stop in quite a few times to send letters and packages. While I would definitely rate this higher than the East Liberty branch, the lines here are always a nightmare. From my experience (unlike the previous reviewer), the people working here have always been knowledgeable and relatively helpful. The main reason for the poor review is that the wait is a nightmare, and even when other workers are just standing around behind the counter, they refuse to open more lanes. As a customer trying to get back to the office, it's always incredibly frustrating.
