  • On "The Profit" I saw this concept as a food truck a few weeks ago called PopStar and loved the idea. I didn't even know we had one in Charlotte. Perfect apre-concert dessert place. It was hot and I got the vanilla gelato pop half dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with waffle cone bits. I loved it. It was melting quick because it was a steamy evening so I had to eat it pretty quick but it was quite an enjoyable dessert.
