Laughing Buddha instructors, while focusing on the physical asanas, pay equal attention to the importance of breath, the pranayama. Whether you attend a slow flow or a more energetic vinyasa, you will learn to use your breath to guide your posture and quiet your mind. The instructors guide you clearly and gently, reminding you to pay attention to the physical details of the posture and helping you find the breath and peace, both on the mat and off the mat into the world.
I have been going to Laughing Buddha regularly for five years or so. Because of LB, I am stronger and more balanced, both mind and body.
There is a wide variety of offerings from the more restful yin or slow classes to the energetic vinyasa classes. All are easily adapted to your own level and body.
