  • Worst experience I've had at a borros sad to say. Ordered take out via phone, they said would be ready in 20 minutes this was at 540pm, got there just before 6pm. I waited an hour and a half for my food. It would have been longer if I hadn't asked how much longer because my food was actually ready for 30 minutes! for whatever reason they never said my order was ready and left it in a warmer. It was 735 when I got my food and it was cold they didn't offer to replace it for hot pizza due to it being "So busy" I know I was not the only customer that was waiting that long, there were about 6 other people that waited the amount of time I did if not longer.
