I do think Massage Envy is quite overpriced for their services, but I didn't have a bad experience. I've been a handful of times to various locations and the customer service has always been good. As a matter of fact, it's almost confusing how many people you deal with. I checked in and spoke with someone at the front desk, and was then brought to a "relaxation room" where I filled out a form. A young woman came in to take my form, and I thought she was my masseuse, but then she explained how the process would work and went over the form with me and said she would give it to my masseuse. Then, my masseuse finally came in after and took me back to the room. The staff are friendly, and follow up about appointments with phone calls. I always feel like the massages fall short of the scheduled time (i.e. 50 minutes turn into 45 minutes) but I really enjoyed mine with my masseuse. She did a good job working out my upper limbs stress, and explained some stretching exercises I can do daily to try to prevent my tense build up.
