  • Came to the 5-7pm Friday Cosmic bounce that was online. The girl at the desk did not communicate well and kept telling me they have the next one at 5:30 and web was not updated. So that's fine. But after waiting and then wanted to pay before 5:30 she said, there is no public play they are all private. If she communicates in the beginning that there is No public play then I can understand. Then she should have told us that. She kept repeating the next one one is at 5:30! And she said I should have called to make sure. Why isn't the website updated?! Didn't tell us to call first! Upsetting and unfortunate this cause a loss of business and maybe a bday party in the future. So we spend $40 at Jump Street and had a great time! And I just won't go back to Bounce u.
