  • I don't normally write reviews, but after this morning I feel like I need to tell the good people of Toronto not to go to this "spa". I wish I could give less than 1-star for this place. I bought a Groupon voucher for a 50min massage, spa facial, mani and pedi. I got there and was harshly greeted by the one employee the was there; I was told to strip down for the massage. When she came in to start, she left the door of the massage room open. She also asked me if I could come back tomorrow for the mani/pedi part of the day instead of doing it all today, which I could not do. The massage itself was not enjoyable, she even answered a phone call during the middle of the massage. I don't even know what to say right now, the ambiance was so lacking, I left before she even began the facial...please think twice about purchasing an alleged "deal" at this place. Horrible service, not what you'd expect from somewhere that is supposed to offer a complete experience...
