I went to ask what my 2012 GTR had going on. I knew it was under warranty and I made it clear I didn't want to pay for any fee. They did a diagnostic check which they later charged me $114 for because the part that was triggering a light wasn't under warranty. He tried to tell me he would give me a discount but I refused because I specially made it clear I wasn't paying anything. The co-workers ganged up on me telling me why am I complaining about $100 with a $100,000 car. I was completely taken advantage of and the manager was the cherry on top for disaster when he demanded me to now pay the full amount. Overall all the workers are complete scumbags and carry on the infamous trend of being crooks. These poor old guys will try to take advantage of you and gang up like little dogs. Overall I lm disputing the charge and hope Nissan restructures there employment because the manager was the most unprofessional poor guy I've seen represent a brand.
