  • I'm writing this review regarding Scott Allen. Scott Allen is the Customer Care Coordinator for Paddy O' Furniture. If I had to write a review regarding the Sales Staff, I could not, as you have to select a Star do so. Scott Allen went beyond the call of duty to right a wrong with my furniture. He is prompt, professional, has a great sense of humor, and no empty promises and over delivered! Everything he said he could do, he did. I hope the owner of the company reads the reviews, as he'll find that Scott is a great asset to this organization. It's a shame that that Sales Staff does not operate under the same policy and procedures. Thanks again Scott!!!! It's very much appreciated!!
