At MD nail spa, we focus on the luxurious and therapeutic care, so mostly we create a relaxing and calming ambiance. Due to the chemical smell, we don't do much acrylic nails, and we don't hire good nail technicians who can do a good acrylic nails set. We just have good pedicurists and gel nails technicians. However, I have few options for you: 1)You can have a deluxe pedicure $50 and just pay a regular pedicure $25. 2)or You can have a regular pedicure $25 but just pay $10. For your acrylic nails, can you please go elsewhere where they can make you happy. I don't want our nail technicians do your nails then they get payment form you, but I have to clean their mess. That is not fair. Please let me know what is your choice so I can inform them ahead. Jeanette, please understand that running a good businesses is tough. We always try our best to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, so we gladly do everything on our end to make your visit worthwhile. However we need your incorporation. Plus I see a guy that does my nails ok. Thanks He is scared to do your nails because if anything happens again he will be fired. I'm very serious about customers' satisfaction, I told my staff that:" if you cannot make my clients are happy, better you don't take my client's money then" I know he is not that good!!! If you still want he does your nails please talk to him. I'm mean how do you even respond to this! I was already there.. the guys that has done my nails b4 told me "the owner said that you don't think we do good job we don't do nails for you he doesn't want me to do nails for you" ???I didn't even respond to this guy.. 1st. I never said that.! What i mention was that my pedicure was not done properly being that I paid for a service I did not receive.. 2nd This owner basically let's it be known on his own that his workers are not that great. I mean how much can it be to make sure your employees are trained properly.. This is a business for services that people pay for.. Unbelievable.. Fyi.. I never asked for a refund. I never asked for any other special services or discounts free services. I always leave good tips. And i never got a basic service my receipts can verify all of that. So I don't know what you are talking about! I don't have a Facebook and I don't see how that matters. What I can tell you is that I know how professional you should be when you run a business, something you obviously know nothing about. I simply lefted a honest review about how my pedicure was. Dan what is not fair is that I paid for a service that wasn't done and after you offering to fix the misunderstanding that you said your employee had. You end with trying to insult me by talking about my family my friends and me .. Your not the only nail shop in town and that was about the only thing I can agree with you on. May God be with you
