  • After being paid almost $4000 for repairs after a tree fell on our garage, the office sent us to collections for a $600 bill for a roof tarp that was supposed to be paid directly by the insurance company. Thistle never called us directly to say the insurance company had not paid. They sent us an invoice 5 months after repairs were completed and insurance claim closed. When I contacted my insurance company the day I received the invoice they told me that they would investigate and ask for a detailed bill of what I was charged as well as what had already been paid. It's been approximately 1 week and I have not heard the details yet from my insurance company and today I was called by a collection agency. Very sad that after they did good work, they failed in customer communication and relationships. I will NOT recommend them to anyone. I am still waiting for someone from management or ownership to contact me directly to discuss.
