  • I know that all problems start from the top down. Management, never present, that I've seen. The past two visits have been horribly understaffed. Everyone sitting around waiting. This location is centrally located and on the light rail. It should be the beacon of all other diners in the area. Get it together IHOP on Central. we left. Terrible.
