  • I wanted to give 5 stars for Yessica who provided great customer service to me yesterday over the phone. I was thinking about canceling my membership is why I called. I was then transferred to her and I asked were there any closer eos facility to me? She listed them all and their addresses and told me about the Pecos location, which is much closer than the durango one I had been going to. Sometimes it's too far of a drive for me after work hours. She was cheery and took care of me, which in turn caused me to halt canceling my membership. Treat her to lunch!
