  • I have been a patient here for a year and I used to see Dr. Ngo, who was very patient and I never felt like he rushed me during the exam. Yesterday, I learned that he left and went back to San Jose, so I was seen by a different doc, Dr. Ha- he was like a typical doctor you would expect. Super pushy and he seemed easily angered and a little snub. I was a little annoyed of him as he seemed to want to quickly get me out of the exam room to see the next patient while my eyes were getting dilated. SO you may ask-- why the four stars? Because the front desk staff is super helpful and awesome! Jasmine was friendly, talked to me about money saving options of getting contacts for the whole year. I told her that I had lost my favorite rayban glasses and wanted to order similar (they didn't have any raybans in stock when I was there yesterday) and she told me that there would be a delivery of them during the week so I could stop by. I ended up reordering the same ones I had lost, because they were my favorite ones, and she mentioned to me I could pick up both my contacts and glasses next week. Debbie, was the one I talked to about my frames, she was very helpful, patient and recommended an anti-glare tint on my lenses and she was friendly and wrote down how much it would cost when I pick up both my glasses and contacts. I was very satisfied and happy when I left because of the two.
