  • Very unimpressed! Took my Mom for her first ever pedicure and it was incredibly disappointing. I live steps from this salon but I'd much rather go out of my way to get my nails done elsewhere. Experienced the following issues: - Rude receptionist on the front desk who was too busy reading her magazine to acknowledge us. - Candy wrappers and torn up magazines strewn across the chairs we were directed to sit in. - Inconsistent procedures followed by the nail techs. (Felt like a half-ass job compared to other places I have paid similar prices at.) - Over-cutting of cuticles causing bleeding. - Smudged polish - Rude, snappy questions and directions being barked at us by the nail techs. - No direction on where to find the dryers, how to switch them on, how long to sit there etc. They just completely forgot about us. (Probably could have walked out without paying...) Btw - As per previous comments it is cash only. But hey after all these bad reviews this shouldn't even matter as you likely won't step foot in the place. As a Liberty Village resident I hope they close down so something better can open up in the space they are currently occupying.
