  • I was so happy leaving here with my car and I genuinely love it. I even looked passed the fact there was fresh cigarette ash in it after they had just supposedly cleaned it. However, they put my temporary tag on the inside of my back window, which was tinted. To top off getting pulled over TWICE because of this, when my license plate did come in, I pulled off the temporary one and it messed up the tint underneath where the tape was. When I called in to make an appt for the 1st of 2 oil changes that Bill promised with the purchase and ask how to go about fixing the tint, he denied ever promising me the 2, but said he would be "fair" and will reimburse me for 1 if I bring him the receipt from somewhere else. As far as the window tinting goes, it is "my problem", that it has only happened once as if it excused anything (yet the cops said "wow, I have never seen a dealership do that in a tinted car, how lazy of them), its a problem I can take to the DMV (really?!?) or a problem with the tint, but absolutely no responsibility of that falls on him, which he was VERY rude to tell me that. Yet when I bought the car "as is" it didnt have that issue with the tint until they put the tag on the window. But oh, how sweet and promising he was when I bought the car. Big thumbs down, I regret ever recommending that place to anybody and anybody who reads this, do yourself a favor and skip this place, they are shady!
