  • I understand they need to make a profit, but when I bring in brand new, hard cover books that are still on the best seller list, or unopened CDs and get $1 for them, it's a little discouraging. If you go, just look at the book selection and not at the heavily pierced, tattooed, dirty sales staff and you'll be okay. The selection is good and I will continue to be a customer, it's just that it could be so much better than it is.
