Booked a double room but was told sold out when I arrived. To compensate was given a room with a King and cot. Okay...?
Was told the cot would be delivered promptly. Despite a second visit to the front desk and a phone call waited an hour and a half for the cot and another 45 minutes for the bedding. (This following a 10 hour drive)
There was no signal on the TV. When I asked the front desk about remedying the TV the front desk response was simply, "a lot of people are having that problem". No other assistance offered.
When I attempted to post this review on the Aloft / Starwood site the site required last name and reservation number. A number of attempts were made to post the review but the site failed to recognize the name or reservation number.
Note as well that I am attempting to post this review via the hotel's broken and fractured wifi signal.
Nice atmosphere, unique design, Norman Bates would have given better service. Pathetic !
