Reservations? No reservations? Call-in's, no call-in's? Hmmmm... So do we call before we come or should we just come? Who the hell would know with this confusing establishment. Been here twice now and this Saturday night was my finale. Teenage hostess attitude is totally unacceptable, unbearable and downright snippy and rude. I called to make a reservation and the teenage 'Flo' like girl says Im sorry we don't take reservations. So I come to restaurant and find that I am asked if I have a reservation. WTF! I tell her no because when I called in they said they don't take them. She tells me that'll be 40 mins. My party of 4 waits 15 mins at which time we are seated in the raised cafe bar tables. Super uncomfortable and should be removed from this establishment. I know the diner hostess put us there on purpose lol. Food was mediocre at best, meat sauce was bitter and left me night time memoirs. Sausage links were stone cold and entrees were all luke warm. To top that off, the service was absent and it took an hour to receive our meals. Seriously folks....your food and your tude just isn't deserving of my gracing your establishment's presence. This is not New York, nor is this a real Italian joint, so do your patrons a favor and drop the attitude about which customers you care for and which one's you don't. We as customers could give a care less about who you want in your restaurant, so treat them all with top notch service, food and respect. Oh and PLEASE get rid of the 3 Applebees Girls you have tending to the hostess station. They are losing you business and loyal customers with their condescending tone, attitude and demeanor.
