Thank you Yelp for helping me find the best optometrist in the area. I would have gone to some chop shop like Paradise Valley Eye but instead I find one of the most responsive doctors that took care of me.
I had my first eye exam in my life with her. At 42, being full blooded Chinese, I knew I had unusually good vision because the stereotype holds true so when I went for my first time I was very apprehensive because I didn't want to hear the bad news. I sit in front of a computer all day since 1995. Dr. Quach took her time and explained everything to me every step of the way and took care of me. She even complimented me my retinas. Definitely get those retina pics, totally worth it!
In the end she said I didn't really need glasses but probably will in the next few years. I left with a very minor prescription and got my first pair of glasses from Costco, the best and most affordable place to get lenses and frames because they don't mark it up. You don't have to get them from inside the store since she's an independent doctor. Thank you and I will be sending my friends here, all of them having horrible vision. Silly Asians! LOL
