  • Horrible customer service! What is up with the staff? Paid for something and she rudely commented "oh ya the machine's isn't ready yet" while I was holding my card in my hand. Like, excuse me? Who the hell do these people think they are? They can learn something from their sister store, Kolwear, where the staff have always been pleasant and very helpful.
