  • Overpriced apartment complex charges for water, gas, mandatory cable and wifi you can not opt out extra100$ per month.power... the pool has been broken for the last year!!! maintenance does not repair on time they lie and send you a email saying the repairs are being made and never fixed. My water bill is more than my family members who own a house I pay close to $80 just for water per month too many hidden fees.... Maintenance has came in my home without my permission on multiple occasions. And the gate has been broken for months. I do not feel safe with the broken gate to my apartment complex can't wait to move broken gate no pool $80 water bill mandatory cable and Wi-Fi overpriced
