Not quite sure what to write. When I first dropped my car off I felt like I was being questioned for a crime I had committed. A leash board light had turned on and I figured I would have them look at it before I sold it. He began questioning me about its history and this and that and the other. I told him I just wanted it fixed. It's a beautiful car perfect shape no obvious problems. He started to pull a Carfax, but I told him I had already pulled one previously and that it was clean. It was if he was trying to figure out a way to make me pay for the service instead of having it covered by factory warranty. I didn't mind him doing his homework, but it's how it made me feel and how he presented it to me that mattered. In the end they ended up taking care of it which made me super happy and which would've wanted a five star rating for me. I'm super happy with what they did with the exception of that initial interaction. For that I'm giving a four star review.
PS. The car was dirty when he brought it out to me, but he thought I was in a hurry so very willingly washed it. :-)
