  • What a pleasant surprise! I stopped by Henderson Chevrolet yesterday to test drive a pre-owned BMW X3 that I had seen on their website. Upon entering the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Joe Gallagher. He really knows his stuff! The vibe in the dealership is very positive and happy, which speaks volumes about the sales team. They have a fantastic staff there, including Gilbert from service. I had a few misc. technical questions about the car that required a mechanic to answer. Gilbert was very patient and took the time to explain things and address my concerns. That was much appreciated! Though I loved the X3, unfortunately, we were unable to figure out a price that would work for everyone, so I decided not to move forward just yet. However, it was nice to be able to sit down and talk business without any gimmicks or BS. Joe tells it like it is and works without the high pressure sales tactics that other dealerships encourage their staff to employ. It's very refreshing! I highly recommend Joe (and Gilbert!) if you're in the market for a new ride! :)
