Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went in to look for either a husky or German shepherd, guy that brought the husky out started asking questions aggressively, practically screaming in my face. At the end of him screaming at me, another guy came out and let me play with the husky by bringing us to the playpen. The water bowls were filthy with dust and sand in them. About 30 minutes passed and no one came back to ask if I wanted to adopt her. My friend had to walk around in the hallway to find a worker. One of the workers took the dog back and said that I would have to talk to the guy that screamed at me in order to adopt the dog. Of course, he screamed at me again saying that I was unfit to adopt the husky, and even more unfit to adopt a German Shepherd, without having a proper interview. Went in happy to adopt a dog, left feeling disappointed and angry at the "customer service". Not sure why we have to choose a dog to see from the list that they have in order to bring them out instead of walking back there to see the dog ourselves. That must say something about their living conditions.
