I am afraid this is a distant third to the other two $15 ~ $20 range buffet in Pittsburgh (Hokkaido in Sq. Hill and Dynasty in Cranberry). Visited at 7 pm on week night, and the business is still pretty good. Sushi selection is large, but ingredients seem poor and stale. Clam shriveled up on sushi from sitting exposed for hours. Fresh seafood selection is adequate. Oyster is not replenished for over an hour. It was insulting to have a large plate of inedible "lobster claws" there. Lobster meat had completely shriveled and turned to dark/grey matter in every single claw - no wonder it is still full at 7 pm. But why put it out there if you know it's not edible? Hibachi selection seemed fresh, but small (see Dynasty for a huge selection). Cooked food is average (again, Hokkaido and Dynasty seemed to do better). Service is friendly but slow, may be short-staffed (not servers' fault). For the location and price, would not re-visit.
