  • Promised mobile service for windshield replacement between 11am-1pm. Never showed, Didn't call. I had to call the office after 30 minutes scheduled time about 1:30 pm "Oh, let me call him-it's Julio" I"ll call you right back". Office clerk did not call me back to update me. I called the office AGAIN after another 20 minute wait. "Oh....he didn't anwer his phone-and I was too busy with other calls." Then "Okay, I talked to him.. he's says maybe in an hour." I told them to cancel. Charleston Auto Glass and Julio and the office staff already have more work than they can possibly get completed. I will pay more somewhere else, but, i will have a new windshield
