  • The young man from Enterprise that picked me up at Franks Auto Body was very personable and professional. He took care of checking me in and getting me on my way to work quickly. However, the first car he was going to give me was filthy and unfortunately the car he ended up putting me in has not been cleaned for some time either. It wasn't wiped down or vacuumed and the wheels are brown with dirt. I have rented from this location several times and have always been given dirty cars. Additionally, he told me that the car had a 1/4 tank of gas but he was going to mark it empty so I wouldn't have to fill it up when I brought it back. Yeah, the light came on while I was driving to work about five miles from Enterprise. Great employees, but dirty cars suck.
