  • Burgers and Sushi in the same establishment?! Sign me up! Going in, I knew this place would either be amazing or a terrible decision for my stomach but I had to try it. Glad I did! Although it's probably making Japanese sushi chefs everywhere cringe, this American twist on sushi tasted amazing. We visited mid day and were seated immediately. The waitress gave us a full rundown of each section of the menu, which was an extensive variation of burgers, sushi, and BURGUSHI(we will get to this later). To start, we order the crab Rangoon dip which was delicious. The chips had a drizzle of Sweet Thai chili sauce. Everyone at the table loved it. Next up I chose the Brento bento box which came with 2 burger sliders, 4 pieces of one of their specialty roll sushi, and your choice of 4 sides. I upgraded my burger sliders to add some pulled pork on them and chose the firecracker roll for sushi. Those were legit some of the best sliders I've ever had. The flavor that they were able to achieve in the sliders were great. The sushi was amazing and super fresh as well. The Brento bento box was a ton of food and I was stuffed after it. Of course we also couldn't come cowfish and not try their Burgushi - which takes the traditional sushi roll and adds some red meat items instead of fish. Others at the table ordered the nature boy roll with bison in it so I sampled it. This roll was a complete flavor explosion. It was so good we almost ordered another to go. Now I'm going to have to go back a try all of them! Definitely a fan of this spin on sushi.
