  • Never received the promised rebate for all the trouble. It's been a month. After all the other scheduling drama and window placement error, now the nonexistent rebate, I'm going back to one star. Hubby needs his window replaced, but we certainly won't be using Anytime Auto Glass. Final update, I swear! This company has me flip flopping faster than a fish out of water. At about 7:15pm, my doorbell rang and a man was standing there holding out an envelope. Turns out he is the owner of Anytime Auto Glass and came by to personally hand me the $50 rebate and a note with an apology from the finance department. Very nice! I'm afraid that with all of the crossed wires, missed connections, and delays, I still will not be using them in the future, but I do appreciate the personal effort to make it right. Thank you.
