rev:text	Stopped to pick up a prescription during a busy time. I'm told it'll be half an hour. That's cool, I can wait. So I did. Half an hour later I get called to the Pharmacy. There's a lady in front of me so I wait, because I understand that it was a busy time and she was in front of me. Heather, the pharmacist, checks her out. So I step up to the register, knowing that I was next in line and therefore should be helped next. But no. Some guy who picked up a prescription 5 minutes beforehand comes back. He had forgotten to use his Walgreens Membership Card. That was his own fault. But no, Heather the pharmacist decides that it's okay for him to be helped before any of us that have been standing in line. She doesn't care too much, doesn't tell those that have been standing in line patiently that it'll be another minute, and doesn't apologize afterwards. I mean, what's the point of standing in line when you aren't going to help those that have been patiently waiting in it until after you've helped some guy who forgot something. Shouldn't he have to wait again like the rest of us? Once again, I understand that it was busy (during lunch break) but don't make all of us wait because someone forgot something (turns out the stupid card wasn't going to help him whether or not he forgot it!) This isn't the first time I've had a problem with Heather, the Walgreens pharmacist. At least one other time she had been pretty rude. Either get a prescription that'll make you a more pleasant person (seeing how you are working with your company's customers) or don't work with the public!
