  • What can I say about Shane other than the fact that he is the most effective professional and consummate real estate salesperson I have ever had the privilege of working with! Shane took over the listing of my home in Summerlin after it had been listed by another company for over a year with no results other than the usual "you need to lower your price more" but not Shane! Instead he came in, took a look at my home and said:"Dr your home is too cluttered and isn't speaking for itself! Do you mind if I rearrange some things" And I said not at all! Shane rearrange our furniture in our home and within 3 weeks had our home sold! Talking about the term "Super Agent" If it ever applied to anyone Shane Nguyen is the one! All I can say is, if you do not get Shane to list your home, you're making a grave mistake! Thanks again Shane for the great effort! Continued blessings and success to you!
